This template is used to add Furigana text (text in smaller font above a base text). On this wiki, this is usually done to add furigana for kanji.

Type

{{Furigana|Base|top}}

wherever you want to add Furigana text.

The first parameter is the base (the lower part) and the second is the Furigana Text (the smaller part on top)

Example 1:

{{Furigana|全|すべ}}て

results in:

全(すべ)て

Example 2:

{{Furigana|媽|mā}}

媽(mā)

Additional parameter 1&2:

{{Furigana|全|size=66%|すべ|rubysize=199%}}て

results in:

全(すべ)て

Additional parameter 3:

{{Furigana|全|すべ|large=1}}て

results in:

全(すべ)て

Additional parameter 4:

{{Furigana|全|すべ|rubylarge=1}}て

results in:
